HOW IS CHARITY RELATED TO THE VALLEY, I CAN'T UNDERSTAND?

33% of the net profit goes to Charity. Our win-win-win model is based on dividing the profit equally on the Charity, the Artist and then The Valley.

WHAT KIND OF CHARITIES WOULD THE PROFIT GO TO?

Basically, it's any Kids Cancer hospitals that exist all around the world. However, we haven't selected yet the designated hospitals till we get enough profit to share with them.

DO YOU SELL ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

No, we arranged with the contributing Artists to have a very high-quality digital copy of the art work, then we apply some colour correction to prepare it for printing with Artist's approval that it’s still identical to the original piece.

DO YOU PRINT LOCALLY IN MY COUNTRY OR DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We do actually print all over the main regions mentioned in the shipping page, however we do ship as well all over the world. Shipping costs will be applied, and will be added at the checkout. We run discounts and promotions all over the year, so stay tuned for the exclusive deals.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND QUALITY GUARANTEE??

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, get in touch within 15 days after receiving the receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a convenient solution.

CAN I GET MY PRODUCT PERSONALISED?

Not at the moment, however we are looking forward to releasing this feature. It's out of our assurance that you get a perfect product.
